Northwest Dynamics, Inc. is a woman owned business with a 21 year proven track record of helping its clients achieve their goals through professional, personalized service in the fields of public involvement, facilitation, strategic planning, organization management, public involvement, and conference planning.  Lori Isenberg, president of Northwest Dynamics, has an extensive background and numerous professional certifications in the fields of public involvement, facilitation, mediation, communications, and public relations. Lori was one of the first people in United States to receive the distinction of Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) from the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). 

Ms. Isenberg has provided services for private and public sector clients as varied as transportation planning in small communities throughout Washington and Idaho, to the historic gathering of 5,000 citizens and decision-makers to make plans for the rebuilding of the World Trade Center and Lower Manhattan: Listening to the City.  Lori is well known for her ability to design and facilitate meeting processes that enhance the unique characteristic and needs of each client. A list of recent and current clients and work scope is listed below.

 

Lori received positive comments reviews from every client and has expanded her work with most of her clients.  The Department of Energy is a good example of repeat and expanding work: Lori began working with the Department of Energy (DOE) in 2002 in the State of Idaho at the Idaho National Engineering facility in Idaho Falls.  Lori was contracted to facilitate the Citizens Advisory Board through some very controversial topics related to nuclear waste clean-up. Under Lori’s guidance the group increased their effectiveness in working with the DOE, EPA and State of Idaho, along with environmental groups and the community at large. Lori continues to work with Idaho and has now also been contracted to provide facilitation services related to the nuclear waste cleanup in Tennessee, Nevada, and New Mexico.
